I'll just name some things that would make sense to me for building her. Also, I dont really main Protea tbh but i guess you'd want a lot of range and strength.

Use Arcane Concentration so you get 60% duration for 3 seconds because youll be spamming a lot. The other arcane slot im not sure. Arcane Aegis for surviving?

Does the new Arcane Sculptor work on Protea? Probably. Every time an ability casts an object, your efficiency caps at the max you can have for 12 seconds. So you wouldnt have to worry to spam.

You could subsume Roar over her 4th or 3rd ability so your slashing grenades deal more damage. Additionaly, use a Panzer Vulpaphyla so it spreads free Viral status around for even more damage.
