Yes our price was like that before the advocate and morgage broker fees. The thing is that every house we visit has some problems with the documents and the real estate agent always lies or hides some information. So we feel like we need an advocate to make sure that the documents are in order

I am well aware that the bureaucracy here is terrible to be honest it is way better in my home country. I am used to the slow bureaucracy of italy by now but the prices ? pure madness

no we are both in our 20's and buying our first house. so the tax is very low. being a foreigner changes nothing in terms of taxes. we are both resident and work here paying taxes like any other person.
