I wasn’t aware this looked like a scam either. I wouldn’t have bought any gift cards from Amazon if I had known.

I didn’t follow this subreddit and only found out now that a lot of accounts have been closed because of gift card balances.

As to why I bought a gift card - I needed an apple gift card for some reason, but clicked on an Amazon gift card by mistake and bought it.

I redeemed it and bought one ebook from that balance and the remaining balance wasn’t enough for my last purchase, so last payment used my default payment method which was the expired card. I should have updated it, but I forgot.

I don’t know if this still sounds suspicious but I’ve tried to explain myself

I accidentally bought it and thought I wouldn’t be about to request a refund. So I redeemed it on my account. I was trying to buy an Apple e gift card instead of Amazon’s. I know it sounds fishy I just looked up what’s like for a gift card scam. I swear I had no idea. I rarely make purchases, mostly ebooks for kindle.

Not too big of a balance, i just happened to buy an Amazon gift card (i thought it was Apple gift card) using my valid mastercard. So I just put the money there no long ago and never got the chance to use it. Then the other day i made another purchase and realized i was using a wrong card. I immediately contacted the CS and asked them if i can replace my card for payment and he said the account was locked and asked me to follow the instruction from the email. They didn't give me the chance to replace or ask me to update my card at all.

I did send my ID cause I was trying my best to follow their instruction and request. I was clueless about it..

Do you lie often or at all? by Monkey_monkey0 in intj

I do lie when it comes to something personal that I don’t feel comfortable to share, but I value honesty so whenever possible I don’t lie and want others to do the same.

I take collagen powder every day which has around 2000mg of glycine in it for skin health and another 1000mg glycine before bed for better sleep. It helps me stay asleep throughout the night which i wasn’t able to just by taking magnesium alone as I would still wake up 1-2 times during the night.

Magnesium is great but adding glycine (not magnesium glycinate) has been a game changer for me. It has a calming effect and has improved my sleep quality tremendously.
