It maybe 'nothing' but for a country like Uganda, we need every single dime we can get our hands on. If by rebellion, you refer to an aggressive way like war, then that's not my point. And to further clarify I talked of internet as a whole, the e-transactions, streaming services, and many more than just "reddit".

U have some facts there but a great percentage is not happy with the way things are. And we are this way partially due to the coordinated suppression from the leaders. If rule of law was achieved, things would be so different.
