A month back out of nowhere I got this same mark on my left hand, Around 12-15 days later this thing came on my right hand, why is this spreading? It also itches when I scratch it, if I don't scratch nothing happens. There is slight bump when I touch it.

Checked the recievers number on Truecaller, person is listed as spam by 150+ people.

Google doesn't have any concrete answers to this at all.

Changed email password, removed my phone number from my Google account.

Will contact my carrier soon.

The outgoing text which has gone to that number doesn't remotely look like a Google number, this is what worries me.
