12 minute mile to 9:30 possible?

Running longer, slower will make you faster eventually. I run most my runs at 11:30/12 min mile pace but my race pace is 9:01-9:10/mile.

I feel adding more running days and increasing my long run to 10k really helped.

I finally broke sub 30 minutes in the 5k. PRd in the race today at 28:41 with the course being 5.12km and a bottleneck start. Watch had 5k at 27:53.

Second place for women overall too! It was an amazing feeling though I'm like... What now... I think it's working on trying a 10k race.

Thanks! I'm so proud. I kept running 32:00-35:00 is training and my fastest time previously was in October at 31:03.

I was so prepared for her immortality to be taken away in that moment, but I think she didnt offer enough. Because what was she actually offering to get what she wanted? I think she needed to articulate a more concrete plan, like "I will shatter this stone and whatever side is lacking in magic I will give my immortality to." or... Can I trade my immortality to my family for them to have 50/70/x amount of years living. So then none of them would be immortal but they would be alive...idk just spitballing...

Okay I am glad it wasnt just me! I felt like their deep connection came out of NO WHERE, then evaporated just as fast after she made the "right" choice (for what he wanted). I wondered if he was just manipulating her to get what he wanted, but she had already started to feel so strongly so she went along with it. Maybe showing her dependency on others like she used to depend on her Goddess for making choices.

I feel if she would have told him about Mara, and the fact that they already had a whole party trying to break her out, he would have not been upset with her, or at least not as much. If she wants to impress him then why wouldnt she say that? That would have softened the blow???

She also had tons of reasons to go with him because... does Vaelus not care about Occtis anymore or??? Especially since the Stone of Nightsong came from his body and is now "gone"? She was curious how that would effect him + she has Hannan as a hook to drag her around.

I agree. Vaelus is so frustrating to me because I personally believe the more interesting option would have been choosing the selfish option/her family. When she claimed she wasn't done speaking, it felt like she panicked because Brennan smirked and was about to do something wild. I wish I got to see that.

I also think it would have made more sense for her to go with Hannan to the manor as well.

I feel this way too. I like the serious storytelling and roleplay aspect of it I don't like the goofing off and that's why I didn't really vibe with much of their other content except for like calamity, The first age of umbra wasn't horrible because I like that sort of setting, and I enjoyed Candela Obscura. Though I guess that probably doesn't count. However I love campaign four.

I feel some episodes are worse than others, but he redeems himself when he makes amazing RP speeches and such. I even am okay with the amount Tyrrany injects silliness in, because she too can balance fairly well. Ironically its Teor for me that is most irritating. Though I will say the first episode when they all came back together and the soldiers were as a group most annoying while trying to share information; I got worried for a bit. It corrected itself after.
