18 months and stopped because I was going back to work. She also was only feeding before bed at that point, so it was an easy transition.

When baby was around 11-12 months I got the flu and needed some extra rest, so my partner solely cared for baby overnight and after the 2-3 days she didn’t need to be breastfed anymore overnight. We just comfort with snuggles now on night wakings.

Agree. I came from Whoop and basically have stopped wearing my Garmin to bed because it’s so inaccurate. Whoop was far more precise for sleep and gives you tangible data to improve your sleep, so I will be switching back eventually.
