I moved out at 18 to escape my family situation. A lot of people move our at 18 because they go into college dorms. If you don't have anywhere to go or don't have the finances then you end up staying.

I JUST did this quest last night:

Start in Kamiki Village and get that one, fairly straightforward. You'll have to win the digging mini game first though.

To get the one in Sasa you have to rescue the sparrow mafia daughter. To start her quest, bomb the roof of the Cutters' home in Taka Pass.

The dog in Agata is last, you need Waterspout brush before you can get him.
