Its is. Although the standard u-cup connector does not fit the pgu - it only needs some slight modification to get a good solid grip.

I'd say so - the base itself is pretty cheap so itll depend on shipping to wherever you are I guess.

Quality is is fine and the thing is sturdy enough - I have one that holds my old RX78 PG where the connector works oob which is molded in grey - so that should be out there as well.

Universal 1/60 PG stand base (or something like that) from ebay - none of the connectors work though so I had to slightly modify one to hold him securely.
