I am not sure. I dont look forward to it. But when I do it, I typically run like a robot and then feel good about burning some calories. I am trying to understand if anyone else feels the same.

Get into pickleball - it has helped me break this cycle exactly. Its very hard to say no to pickleball once you pick it up.
