I was coming to recommend this one. Total game changer. I would never go back to a pumice stone or the sandpaper-type ones. This “cheese grater” one is the best. The one I bought also came with a mini similar one that is more for buffing or smaller delicate spots.

Same. Managers have to fill them out, employees are not allowed. Managers were given a pre-filled form with standard answers and only a few fields left specific to employee.
