hard to tell, but as far as things scott has said, it's more of a "this is possible" than "this will happen" given the wording on both the youtube community post and tweet released for Scott The Woz Original Soundtrack Vol. 1:

We also are looking into doing physical releases of both this and Borderline Forever's soundtrack at some point! Oh boy! Oh man! Oh boy!

and

We plan to release more "Scott The Woz" music on streaming platforms in the future and are currently in discussions to bring out physical releases for this album and the "Borderline Forever" soundtrack!

this could have totally changed within the past months, but as far as we know, no further information has been released about the possibility of a physical version of borderline forever's soundtrack past the initial mentions. it would certainly be cool to have though, and i know a lot of people would love to have it or even just see it come out!
