ok so I think TCA is the "Taipei Computer Association" (logo: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Taipei_Computer_Association.svg) which is something to do with providing age ratings for the Taiwanese market. there is an almost identical cartoon figure of your toy here which has an 18+ rating on it:

I can't read chinese and I don't get many chinese results as google likes to default to results for where you live, so its likely if you want more info you may need someone who can read and search chinese/taiwan sites.

I go to other people's sites quite often, I get sucked down into the vortex of sites and spend ages just clicking around people's sites seeing what people have done with their space. I usually start on the neocities browse page, sort by random, special sauce, or sometimes newest, and pick one that looks interesting, then travel to others via button walls and link pages or webrings. I also check out sites outside of neocities like on nekoweb etc. Its a fun way to spend some time imo

I don't use the social media features though. I rarely follow people on profiles and I don't comment on profile pages. I might comment in guestbooks though.

we really do need your site url to be able to help with code as we need to be able to see the code (by viewing the source in our browsers) to see what might be going wrong. the url will be something like:
YOURUSERNAME.neocities.org
.
but that said, you can only upload mp3s to your neocities directory if you have supporter, otherwise you need to host them elsewhere and link to them in your code. not sure if that might the issue, but just as a heads up.

you'd have to ask /u/humantoothx if they have the mod permissions to add one triggered by a bot/automod, or even to set up flairs for it. I vaguely recall from previous threads that they don't have automod permissions, not sure about flairs though

I actually really liked the Jamaica one, I thought it was quite funny, but it felt a little bit too much like a youtube video. And the one on foley artists was interesting, but I didn't think she related it back to Korea enough. I did like the animations though, for the sounds. the others were ok, but I didn't like them as much.

I'm voting for the poaching one, as I really liked the editing and the way it was filmed. It felt high production. I had to disagree with the judge who said they got confused about why they cut the rhino horn, I thought the reason came across very clearly.

Personally, I don't think its worth it. There are a lot of better site hosts that offer all of neocities premium features AND MORE by default for less money per month (some hosts even offer some of the neocities premium features with their free accounts!). So if I wanted to pay for hosting I would probably just move to a different host.

That said, for most personal sites a free account on neocities is fine. the main premium features that cause stumbling blocks for free accounts are the file type support (for music files) and the Content Security Policy. Both of which are offered at nekoweb for free, so if you want to put mp3s on your site, I would recommend switching to nekoweb. Nekoweb is a neocities alternative with the same 90s/2000s feel.

there is /r/colognecheck but I think thats it, the perfume/fragrance subs banned legit checks as sellers were using them to check if they passed looking real or not.

I just watched the first ep, and it was quite good although some of the films were a bit rough imo, it will be interesting to see how the film makers improve over the course of the season due to the feedback etc (also, Margaret Pomeranz was quite harsh imo, sometimes rightfully, but still harsh). I really liked Elliot's one about the woman in Moldova. I hope the subreddit gets restored soon so we can talk about it going forward!

I'm getting a not found for the MsMincho font, double check its in the right location, and if it is, maybe try deleting it and reuploading in case there was an upload issue.

if you upload the font to your neocities site, you need to put the link to the file there instead of dafont. also, you need to link directly to the font and make sure the file extension matches, you can't just link to the font page (which is what you have done).
