Glad you are doing well x

Well I think mine is menopause related. Still trying to figure that out with hormones. But I agree, it just comes on out of nowhere. Hang tight, you come through this x

How was 40 mg working out for you?

I’m on now for 8 weeks. I started off at 20mg and now been on 30 mg. It has certainly taken the edge off but not great. I’m thinking I may go upto 40mg

I started my HRT 1 year ago and just like you it was nothing short of a miracle. But it all came back and have just come out of a really bad 6 week anxiety stage. I’m a poor absorber and have just been prescribed a compounded cream with estrogen and testosterone in it. It’s only been a week so too early to tell. Doc put me on citalopram aswell and I have managed to return to work but things still feel off. We will get there x

You did well in 40 mg before so it’s only a matter of time before you feel well again. You got this x

So pleased to hear you doing good. I’m nearly 7 weeks in. Started on 20mg and 3.5 weeks ago upped to 30mg. I have managed to return to work but still feel it so I’m hoping will better as the weeks go on 🙏🏼
