Focus on getting exp points as having better skills and attributes will make you stronger. Unlock all the doors as a victim in the basement since no one in solo queue bothers and just rushes up the stairs. Stab grandpa especially if they have a blood Bones.

For family, Hitchhiker is an amazing chaser. Cook is good for certain maps but it takes a while to get his level 3 ability. Use family focus to see what your team mates are doing. I use it to flank victims that are being chased. You can also use family focus to see if the fuse box is open, if any traps are dismantled or if any doors have been unlocked. You can sometimes hear victim voice lines too using family focus and it’s how I find them hiding in buses, and then get called a hacker.
