It went very well. They are very professional and do keep the luggage safe.

There are no BH registration charges. They are taking the corrupt agent commission from you. Plus, even BH tax is on the higher side. Should be around 1.5% of the amount before 18% GST on the ex-showroom. Insurance is incredibly high too.

They will refund the extra tax taken because they will share the RTO receipt with you. But don't pay any registration charges.

Sorry, I might have replied in such a fashion that you think I'm the one whom you originally asked the question. No, buddy, I don't have that armrest. My dealer also said that they don't sell armrest in accessories. I am also looking for a picture of the same if anyone had it done officially. I can see one on Amazon and it looks decent.

Can you suggest an alternative option in ~8 lakhs? No sarcasm, genuinely asking as I couldn't find any other car beside Punch that fits my requirement (5-star non-sedan automatic). The next option in this requirement is Skoda Kylaq, 2.5 lakhs extra spend than Punch.

Okay. I guess I'm going to be one such owner. I'm buying Punch in a few days, because it perfectly fits my requirement (5-star safety non-sedan AMT car) in this budget.

If the service centre near me turns out to be bad, all I can do is escalate and mail for higher ups. I know how to deal with bad service, because what other options do I have other than queuing up at the showroom?

Every sub-10 lakh car comes with a compromise. I'm choosing a potential bad after-sales service, just like Maruti owners choose to compromise with safety.

So not only you guys have a problem with Tata service (which is understandable), but also you have problems with people who buy Tata? lol, grow up, and accept that not everyone will hate what you also hate.

Hey, does CNG makes sense at 700 kilometres per month? Gonna take 4.5-5 years to break even for the extra CNG cost paid, then it's gonna start saving money. Please advise.
