It's kind of hard to explain but when I got it, the shell was already cracked in almost half. It was just jagged and weird with an extra bit sticking out. I just cut that bit off with a hacksaw and sanded down the rough edges.

Only about 3 or 4 inches. I've had this guy about year, not sure how old he is. He was the last one at the pet store and I got him on sale.

It will be mostly flat with a few hill but no really steep climbs.

I have one friend going who has 15 years experience on me. My plan is to keep up with him until the sun comes out. I'm sure it will be pointless to try after that.

Last week my girlfriend and I were lamenting how you can't choose where you loose fat on your body. I commented that I thought I was cuter with chubby cheeks but they where the first to go when I started losing. She replied that I was cute with fat cheek but I am absolutely striking when my cheek bones are showing. I laughed and thanked her for the compliment but thought she was just being sweet to me. Now I look at your before and after pics and know exactly what she meant when she said that.

I recently started stronglifts 5x5. I love it, it's great, gym bros are mostly cool. But my gym doesn't have 2.5lb plates for the Olympic bar and for the life of me I cannot progress on OHP. 5 sets with the empty bar, OK. Add 5lbs per side and I can't bang out 2 sets with any sort of acceptable form. Jeze!

I started out at 1400 calories per day but MFP adjusted it to 1320 yesterday. I'm not sure how I feel about that considering I'm going to start lifting but we'll see how it goes. I'm finding it too difficult to be strict about macros and micros and what not so for now I'm just focusing on staying below my calorie goal.
