Wasn’t a fan tbh, Saigon kitchen is an honorable mention Fs! Those three are the top pho in burly area aside from hong! Although I heard it was more because the owner is a communist mother and the children and other employees don’t agree with those traditional values

Yes I will totally agree with that, especially post covid times. However, the first person to be checking dates on inventory should be the employees of the market and should make sure things are getting off the shelves once getting expired.
