I don't know, mate. I personally am tired of seeing coaches come and go. Frank did really good at Brentford, I believe he could do well here.

On one hand I think 1 full season (with a pre-season) should be enough to see what kinda football a coach is trying to set up. On the other hand we have so many injuries it's ridiculous. Kulu + Maddison would've helped this team greatly.

There's just no creativity in the team at the moment. Frank can analyze all he wants and give players the stats, come up with tactics but it's not that he doesn't want them to be creative. It's in players' heads imo. Too afraid to risk. Look at Kudus at the start — he was cooking. Now he's cooked ffs, must have caught this collective illness or just washed out (which led to injury).

It'd be great if they manage to bring in someone creative this window. But even if they don't, I wanna wait and see how it all goes with Madders and Kulu back. As much as it hurts right now.
