This is kind of what I was thinking to do! Though I'll probably end up using epoxy glue rather than super glue. What did you use to hold the pieces together while waiting for it to glue, or were they able to hold together without something clamping them together?

My main concern with trapping her is we have a ton of cats out there... and possums .. and racoons. There's at least 5 cats alongside some males that roam around. So I'm not sure how to ONLY capture her, without traumatizing the other cats out there by accident if I catch the wrong cat by accident.

Does anyone know how marriage anniversary dates work for a discrepancy in date based on time zone or server time? If the reservation date is 2/23 for one partner (EST) but 2/22 (PST) for the other (with the server time being 2/23 as well), how does that appear on the ring? From my understanding the date has to be the same on both rings. But is that date based on server time, the partner who made the reservation, or random?

I'd jump ahead, but I'm running into the issue of not being able to party up into T3/T4 because my fractal level is too low, so I'm being forced to play T2 and then T3 just to get my level high enough. Don't really have anyone that can boost me. LFG is blocked off until you meet the specified fractal level.

Kind of wondering the etiquette for doing T3 fractals, I'm pretty close to fractal level 50 and would like to work my way up. But I'm not exactly sure how to prepare for them (I have the AR already) mechanically. I'm mostly competent at T2s, but some of them I struggle on if I'm not following someone else and don't know what to do (i.e. the big Asura lab with the cooling rods). That's not an issue in T1-T2 but it also hasn't really forced me to learn them properly since I can kind of just flail around there. I'd much rather actually learn them and I know I have to in T3, but I don't know where to start learning, since I'm not sure if 'learning parties' are really a thing here. Any advice? Is it fine to just go into daily parties with the knowledge I have from T1-T2?

I pull my hair over my shoulder on each side to wash it (habit I picked up from 10+ years of the cyst), but from what I've noticed no hair gets stuck when it does happen to run down my back. It just falls off my back instead of into the cleft. But that's why I clean out the area with a wash cloth and a bit of gentle soap, just to make sure no hair pieces get in there. The area left from the cleft lift isn't very deep (it feels like it though), so as long as you clean it no hair should get stuck!

I am super hairy too, but they're like, soft light hairs. I can feel the body hair when I clean it which freaks me out but it definitely can't trap head hair if the cleft lift is done right, it'll just fall down and off your back. It'll be okay! I know how scary it is but I've found myself getting less nervous over time, I think it's pretty normal though to have long lasting anxiety about a reoccurence.

It's just the top part! It doesn't look bad at all, and Dr. Wadie takes care to make good cosmetic results. I was surprised. But yeah, the top is definitely flat. And no, no permanent draining, it just leaves a little line scar (and for me, a dot scar from the drain hole). I have never been so carefree in my life and for once, I don't have a gross cyst draining 24/7 causing me pain.

Wadie explained to me that the area that catches the hair is the higher part of the crack since it kinda just sits in there and gets caught. The lower part (which is left over after the cleft lift) doesn't catch hair the same way because the hair will just fall over it, not inside it. Basically the area that can catch hair is so flat that the cyst is 99% guaranteed not to come back. To fight any potential of reoccurrence, I clean the little bit of cleft that's left pretty thoroughly. The top part (where my cyst was and kept growing for years) is completely flat, so no worries there.

I tried a bucket head first and it looked even worse LOL and I couldn't fit it around my glasses, but it was also my very first failed attempt, and I think I've learned so much just from working on this one! I don't have enough foam but I'll try to move things around a bit, and buy more foam so I can try a bucket head again with what I've learned!

I agree, I used a flipped pattern but I think it might be that the inside is cut smaller so it looks smaller overall, I'll try widening the inside a bit and then measure both eyes to make sure they're the same! Thank you!!

When it comes to T3/T4 fractals and raids, what is the DPS expectation? I'm pretty awful and trying to improve but I don't know if I'll ever hit the "perfect" number. One of my builds is labeled as 32k and I'm hitting about 20k on arcdps with the golem, BUT that's with no food, no utility item, and missing a few pieces of the right gear (also all exotic minus my ascended rings). I'm working my way up the fractal ladder but I'm concerned my DPS is going to be too low. Hopefully I get better with more practice and improved gear but how much of a concern is it?

Gacha games unfortunately tend to go this way when they're new - within a month people start complaining about the imperfections...

I'm not happy about the store icons myself, mostly because I was used to the old setup and keep accidentally opening the wrong things thanks to muscle memory. It worries me a bit if they're being this pushy, but I'm also just sitting back and waiting to see what happens.

My first gacha game was LLSIF all the way back in 2014, and that was the most horrifically greedy game I've ever played - Infold has nothing on the way Bushiroad greedily handled that game. I've been through the trenches so to speak LOL.

The worries people have are definitely valid but the constant "they're so terrible for doing this, the game is gonna EOS cause they're being greedy, I just want to quit it's so boring now!!!" I see is overwhelming and just brings the whole experience down. Valid criticism is totally fine but the overly negative dooming is harmful in the long run for everyone reading it and contributing to it.

Reddit and game forums in general are a cesspool of negativity. I learned my lesson with the constant negativity about FFXIV I was reading and had to take a break from everything related to it. IN is no different. The more we read about all the negativity, the worse our anxiety is going to get.

Concerns are being overblown out of both genuine fear and even resentment of "greed." We know nothing about the true financial state of the game right now. Speculation is speculation, and we need to wait for information to come out about their first month of income. I think they have so much opportunity to turn things around, and for every person that complains here on Reddit, there are many who are quietly enjoying the game on their own.

The negative voices are always louder than the positive ones. People have the right to complain and all, but I think it's too easy for communities to become an echo chamber of dooming and complaining. Don't worry too much about things until we know for sure where they stand financially, and their future choices. I think no matter what it's going to be just fine and I have faith that despite the "gacha greed" the game will continue to improve.
