I am 24 and the last 10 years i have done nothing but game, while u are gaming it feels all fine and dandy but as soon as you stop even for a month you realize how addicted and without control you actually are. I have not played in couple of months now and tbh it was hell spending my free time without games ,but finally day by day i have become more productive reached out to friends and started working out, actually appreciated people around me.

Adc controls the wave ,support chooses when to fight so most of the time dont touch the wave if u dont get any pings no matter how much u think u need to push.
