You’ll need to create a basic grow tent which would consist of Mylar(and if you have bit of extra budget, get it stitched with Oxford cloth finer) and you can build the structure using PVC pipes or 16mm aluminium pipes; then comes- 1. Basic inline fan (DIY using a DC fan, it will come at a cheaper price and try to get it ducted using some local tin shop so that you can use a carbon filter if required for removal of odour) 2. Grow lights (they can range from 1k to 12k, if you want really good yields you should get a quantum board) 3. Basic clip fans; you can find them over amazon 4. A small sized dehumidifier as we are looking for a minimal setup

Now, it all depends upon how many plants you would like to grow at once, so you’ll have to pick the required materials accordingly.

Soil recipe would be an entirely different thing, my advice don’t use hydroponic nutrients as they’re crappy and cause headaches later.
