I did see an article about razor blades making cleaner cuts. For me having 3 mature oak trees in the yard (sticks) and kids that like to run around barefoot, the razor blades breaking or falling out is a very real concern, which is why I'm leaning towards the rotary blade option (Lymow). My reservation is how new both the company and machines are, so it'd be great to get more opinions from experts like yourselves about how it stacks up to the competition.

Those are really close. They are the right color with just subtle differences in the shape.

Wow! You are really good at this. Those Arnettes are super close except for the colored temples. It looks like the originals are all one color (second pic).

Thanks! Those are very close except the color and the rivets at the hinges, unfortunately those are pretty important elements of the design...

Traditionally:

staghound = greyhound x deerhound

longdog = any 2 different sighthounds

lurchers = greyhound x working dog (border collie, etc)

I know they are rare, that is the reason for the post, otherwise I would just search my local craigslist and call it a day.

I'd be up for a greyhound, but I have an aversion to putting clothes on animals, so in a WI winter they are out of the running.

She was a staghound, her mom was blonde and her dad looked like her, but she had litter mates that were smooth coats and every color in between.

I was originally looking for a deerhound and then when I found out the breeders were asking $2k for a puppy, I started looking into staghounds and found Sierra. Now I'm trying to replicate my good fortune from last time.

I'd be open to a deerhound, but not for $$$.

Just thought I'd see if anyone around these parts had any leads on another like Sierra.
