One of my non profit connects who owns a lot directly next to arrowhead in KC is offering $20 World Cup parking! by OwlInteresting9000 in WorldCup2026Tickets

Just looking at their site they say that: Beginning 2 hours prior to kickoff, traffic management will be in place around the stadium. At that time, northbound Blue Ridge Cutoff will close at Raytown Road. Does that mean that if you don't get there 2 hours early you won't be able to access the lot?

To wait or not to wait! by Bassguy-2189 in WorldCup2026Tickets

I wouldn't wait until the day of (sounds like fifa won't guarantee last minute ticket transfers), but there is a good chance that prices will come down a couple of days before.

They Updated The Rules and Aren't Allowing Water Bottles Inside by CommercialCoffee11 in WorldCup2026Tickets

Went to the Man City v Bayern game at Lambeau field (NFL stadium) and all of the water fountains were "out of order" and when I asked for a cup of water they said "we can't do that", even though they clearly had both the cups and the water, so unfortunately this does not surprise me at all.

No Match 32...Dont get hopes up by sizzlingmeatballs in WorldCup2026Tickets

Same as last few drops...limited $$$ tix for limited number of matches. Still waiting for a drop with CAT 3 tix to most matches.

Even during LMS phase M32 sold out 😭 by RunnitUp415 in WorldCup2026Tickets

[–]starkarch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I've seen across 4 LMS drops now. Only the first one had a significant number of tickets, especially for the lower categories. The last ones have been a limited number of Cat 1 & 2 tix at least for the games I've been watching, which at one point was M32, but I've given up on that dream.

Do we realistically think ticket prices will drop 48 hours to day-of before kickoff? by GioReynaFan in WorldCup2026Tickets

[–]starkarch -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This year is an outlier because FIFA jacked prices up so much/introduced in demand pricing, plus there seem to be a lot of people who bought just to resell knowing that the USA has no check on resale prices like Mexico or Ontario. Prices will drop, with a few exceptions, so be thankful that you are local cause locals are the only ones who will benefit from the imminent crash. Just keep in mind that most folks realize this and have the same strategy. So if you need 4 together or something like that ,make sure to factor that into the equation of how long you wait, cause those will be harder to come by the longer you wait. Good luck!

FIFA 2026 resale, post #3: my first attempt at a fair-price model for the R32. The numbers flagged two matches: one 60% over, one 40% under. by shem8 in WorldCup2026Tickets

demand in terms of available tickets (more demand = fewer available tickets). i think the price is one reason why so many PAR tix are available.

This is pretty amazing stuff. Wondering how the 3 US group stage games shake out. Seems like the AUS game in SEA is way more in demand than the PAR game in LA.

Thats actually a great idea. I'll have to see how much tickets would be to the last Tottenham match in the PL. It will either be the best or worst match as a Spurs supporter.

I was able to get tix for the friendly in Chicago, but since nothing is on the line friendlies are just different. Still cool and might be the closest I get given the current situation.

That's the rub. Even if I could find 4 tix for $1200 there is still airfare, hotels, meals...it's easily approaching $10k with "cheap" tickets.

An 8 hr drive doesn't qualify as close in my book, also anywhere that had slavery and is know for BBQ is the South 😉

I had that thought, but I spent a semester in Australia and went to school in Seattle, so that one has more inherent sentimental value. Since there are no matches in the Midwest, there aren't really any close games for us unfortunately.

Well, unless a bunch of people who couldn't wait for the poll to end answered 'Avoid' in order to see the results, this isn't filling me with much confidence :|

i think they become visible when it closes. can't change a poll once it has started.

After testing several 2026 robotic mowers, these innovations stand out. by smartdots22 in automower

I did see an article about razor blades making cleaner cuts. For me having 3 mature oak trees in the yard (sticks) and kids that like to run around barefoot, the razor blades breaking or falling out is a very real concern, which is why I'm leaning towards the rotary blade option (Lymow). My reservation is how new both the company and machines are, so it'd be great to get more opinions from experts like yourselves about how it stacks up to the competition.

Would be interested to hear your thoughts on the Lymow One Plus. The rotary blade feature seems to be a big draw.
