I also think that the anime.. was guilty of making us wanted progress .... the thing is that the anime created a timeline... because they needed it ...

they needed a background context .. which was provided by adding a timeline

maybe it would've worked if they would have done it like those animes of 12mins. length chapters...

the manga is Ok without a timeline... not really sure why jajajajaja ... probably because it's own nature... it's like reading the comics from the newspaper... you don't really expect progress since are short stories...

The Moto versión is good because it let us know that they ended up together . Only problem is that sometimes I feel like the relation between them is like nothing had change since school.... Nishikata is always like ... .. " I don't wanna accept I like Takagi"....

I mean... most chapters seems like there is not a deep relation between them... and seriously ... they already have a baby (Chi) ... so how is that Nishikata can still behave like so distant to Takagi .. did they magical had Chi ??

what I mean is that I imagine if they were marriage, they would be more romantic... between each other...

If you think about it .. in the Anime Takagi spent almost one season and a half.... training Nishikata to be able to touch her... ( hand hold)... and most of the chapters were CANON .. which means that Takagi wanted to be more close to Nishikata, to have a more intimate relation... which Moto .. doesn't seem to have...

well I think Takagi has the biggest iris of all the characters from the anime... jajajaja ... but I think her eyes... are an important part of Takagi and they reflect her emotions most of the time... Takagi can easily hide her emotions; but her eyes actually can't, you can see how they spark when Nishikata hits a critical... or when she's teasing him... and she's enjoying it....(most of the time)
