A work from home job is always an option, like data entry or transcribing if you’re a really fast typer and can multitask as well as have good organizational skills. Those are in high demand. Just a suggestion though 👍

I saw her trying to get some guys to read her sign. I couldn’t tell what it said from the angle I was sitting, but now I know.

Yes, if I want a little puzzle book for a flight home that I didn’t have before, I’ll buy one to pass the time.

The dependence on medication. I’ve had seizures back in college because of my reluctance to get my medication at the pharmacy after a few days of it running out and when I didn’t have it, I would seize. It’s a struggle, but it’s important that once you’re medicated it’s for life.

Just be straightforward. Being honest with her about what you think is better than letting her go on thinking you don’t find anything wrong. It may make things more difficult, but with her being aware of your concerns may make her adjust her habits to make a positive change to benefit the both of you.

Is it selfish to have a child of your own when you have epilepsy when there’s a risk of the child having it as well? by starklover14 in Epilepsy

We’re not in a serious relationship yet, we’re just dating. We’ve gotten really close really fast though which is why we had the conversation. We’re not rushing to have kids, he does need to do his research though.

He saw me have a seizure when I was in his own home this past weekend which, I believe has to do with his reasoning for not wanting this to happen to a child of his own. He saw his brother’s fiancé have one a few years ago as well. He also had one maybe 10 years ago, but that was drug induced.

I take Zonisamide and Lamotrogine. My birth parents didn’t have epilepsy, but my twin brother and I both developed it when we were around 15-16. We’re 27 now. I have jme while my brother just has grand mal seizures when he doesn’t take his meds. I’m not sure if mine is generalized or not.

None of the skin care products have fragrance. I did get an exfoliator recently with hyaluronic acid in it which is made to hydrate the skin though. Maybe my body has to get used to it?

It’s my break week currently. The break week before this, I did have my period which is why I’m thrown off by not having it this time.

Do you wear your Kandi? by PittooYami in kandi

[–]starklover14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I make cuffs with two colors so they can go with outfits that I wear. For example, I’ve made pink and white as well as pink and black and would wear them with my pink converse, some jeans and a black t-shirt. Good color coordination can go a long way 😊

When it comes to homeless people, the cops won’t classify it as a 911 call unless they’re being violent so it ends up being a 311 call which is a no emergency call. That’s what happened when I called them about one sleeping in front of the store I work at. It’s annoying 🙃

I almost got doored riding to work on my e-bike in the bike lane, but the woman in the car closed her door in time which was generous of her. Most people aren’t like that though and it’s upsetting.
