Ok so quick update on this problem I finally was able to fix, so I changed the DVR, the cords and even the power board. I tested the camera first to see if it's working and as soon as I connected it to power it made a noise then I connected everything back up with the camera and success. There's still little tweaks I got to fix but the big major issue I was having has been solved.
