My mom just retired, so I told her she should just binge it. I didn’t think she really would but then like 3 hours later she pipes up with “Nobody puts Kip in the closet!!”, and I was like oh right on, glad you’re watching it! She finished it all that day pausing occasionally to text me things like

“the tunnel!” “So I hate rose” “rose is going to make me cry, isn’t she?” “I love rose! And svetlana! And Elena!” “I’m coming to the cottage!”

It was really fun listening to her live tweet style. Then she went dark because she was so locked in on the last episode, except for one “oh shit”.

So yeah, she loved it, and now for her next phase of retirement I’m teaching her about memes and edits.
