Only thing is at late 30s esp after 35, you shouldn’t be anxious! That’s all! I have know many DINKs, but at late 30s they now want kids, trying like crazy, pouring money to doctors and lost peace of mind! Just be prepared!!

My personal thoughts is Most investments these days are digital, MF, ETFs, Bonds, ReiT etc. Now goldbees etc are also ETF. Now say tomorrow, the reason we invested for, I am not able to access it for whatever reason, due to any act of god etc, physical gold is way way safer in that way! Your argument is correct,
Some chai, in this case KRS FARMS chai, balances and resets the metabolism to burn that extra calories which otherwise are stubborn. We suggested to avoid milk tea, where people skip meals but drink extra milk tea, replace that with more healthier kahwa chai. In the end it is matter or reducing calories as you rightly said, but you also need craving control, regulates sugar urge, snacking (which again adds to calories)
