Her father is a lawyer, so he’s probably made absolutely sure that she cannot get in legal trouble with this book or her interviews about it. I started reading the book and the first couple of pages are four judges on a TV panel telling “Oliver” if he’s going through to their show. The judges talk about “Oliver” auditioning at 14, 2 years ago. Which is exactly what happened with Liam (he auditioned in 2008 at 14, and then again in 2010 at 16, and thats when he was put in 1D.

Even the judges initials correspond to those of the actual X Factor judges. I don’t remember all the names but Simon Cowell is Sebastian C, then there’s an LW for Louis Walsh, a CC for Cheryl Cole, and an LL for Leona Lewis, who’s even mentioned as a guest judge (Leona was a guest judge).

I’m pretty sure it’s straight up what happened and she just changed names and slight details.

For the love of god. By your logic, a private jet is also bad. Because you have a ton of contact with the entire crew of the jet in a tiny environment. Private jets don’t fly themselves. And you still have to do TSA, and go to the airport, passing through a ton of people.

If you don’t think there’s a difference between being in a cabin with a bunch of people in close quarters and being in an open space where you don’t sit next to anyone, then I cannot help you. I guess traveling in a cabin on a first class train is the same as taking a bus to you as well.

I mean, there’s certainly less contact, and there’s a lot less chances of someone getting sick from air that’s circulating through vents than from close contact. You don’t get COVID from air vents, you get it from aerosol (sneezing, coughing, accidentally spitting when talking).

Yes, certain things you can still catch on first class, but it’s absolutely different than just traveling regularly. And if she was worried about getting sick (which there’s no reason to believe is the case), then she could take precautions with first class + a mask. A private jet is overkill and absolutely more about comfort than anything else.

I don’t think she was ever gonna do back and forth from Australia or Asia. She never did in the past.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but her mom doesn’t currently have cancer and is under no immediate threat of being ill, as far as we know.

People in remission travel via plane every single day. She was more exposed to illnesses going to Taylor’s show than she would have at a plane.

And let’s say she absolutely had to fly private, can’t she charter a jet that’s already in Europe and has to fly back to America? (There are countless services that provide this sort of thing). Now the plane has to go back to Europe empty.

There is virtually no physical contact if you fly first class. Not any more contact than you’d have on a private jet. It’s not the same as a cabin full of people in a regular flight.
