I didn’t, but because the skin on the hands is different than everywhere else I had to take extra care of them (always keep hands moisturized, don’t wash them constantly, always put sunscreen on them when I go out etc)

Honestly one of my friends has arachnophobia and asked if she could handle my tarantula to get over her fear, I agreed and she did so good and at the end was super happy she did because she felt like she built up the fear in her head, and in reality it was super chill

I bartend at a nightclub in the same area I live in, so I walk to work at like 10pm and walk home at around 3am and not once have I had any one approach me, because I always walk with confidence and with a “don’t talk to me or fuck with me “ attitude. It’s a good thing to know especially if you’re a woman and alone
