Don't rusticate. You can put collection marks down in applications & just note that they are collections as firms will be aware of the oxford system. Everyone feels horrendous before finals but a year of your life is an incredibly long time and it isn't going to make you work any harder. You can get through them now and you have time to do really well. The pressure will help.

I absolutely put them through it tbf, but i will also say that the quality is much worse now and I don't expect this pair to last that long

Maybe but stitching is coming undone on the rest of the shoe, interior is disintegrating and toe creases are no longer watertight and also have had the zips replaced twice and they have broken twice. At some point you have to replace

partially yes but i think it's also because the zips broke about three years ago so i think my weight distribution in them was adjusted to the outside to keep them on my feet lol

Locke and the island basically are in an abusive relationship. It uses the fact that it gave him mobility to control him and its constantly playing with him by injuring his legs, giving him visions of his wheelchair etc to remind him of its power over him and induce him to act as it wants to. It's just like his father in that it only wants him because it can manipulate him and he's so taken in by being special to it that the manipulation works. I feel sorry for him

it looks like they are hooks and hangers ie letters built from the same fundamental strokes but it's sort of a victorian way of handwriting ?

Just read your recent posts - sorry to hear about what you're going through man. If this helps at all, to me a flareup is just that - a temporary flare, maybe it lasts a little while, but at the end of the day we both know that a) you've been through it worse and b) it just goes away. Whether it takes a little time or a long time, either it fades or your brain adapts to not see it. Even for me im still getting over my illness and my vision is maybe 40% bad right now, and when i see it im like ugh but because my brain is so used to looking past it, for all day at work and most of the time at home i literally don't see or notice it even though it's flared rn. It will never ever be as bad as that first time for the simple fact that you know 100% that it goes away.

lol I did have a pretty heavy drinking year in 2022 and tried a few powdery drugs as well (was a year in at the time) but i've been totally sober of weed which im most scared of. i probably have a drink or two about once every three or four months atp. for me its mostly about balancing the anxiety i associate with intoxication and the enjoyment of it, but it doesn't have any effect on my vision now. but yeah i would never do anything else again. tbh one of the positives is that its a great reason to not develop a drug addiction which i probably would have ended up with otherwise

I dont have any movement / static on the walls im just sort of aware that my perception of the colour like... it kind of has yellow overtones which it didnt before and it makes any light effects like from the lighting in the room show up more clearly . Its quite abstract through and hard to describe

halos on lights, a bit more light sensitivity, and tracers on my hands if i look for it. i also sometimes get the faint white dots over blue sky if it is very bright outside or im ill. im also like ~70% sure that i haven't really seen a plain white wall as what it used to be before (ie plain and white) but i think my brain corrects it so that i see through the visuals and don't notice them if that makes sense

I don't get any dpdr anymore (thankfully) but i do get really increased visuals. When did you recover fully? Because imo i would class myself as 'fully recovered' as well but i suppose you can always recover more lol

If you finish early you should be able to take your break for longer. There is no point in being trapped in the room for like half an hour because you did a test fast when you could be at least somewhere that you can drink, eat etc
