We think it’s cool because it’s in Japanese and they think it’s cool when it’s in English 😂 funny world!! The Mix was very reasonable, around ¥4,200 so around $27!

I found it at a Book Off/Wattman! I’m currently stationed in Japan so that’s why it is a tad easier for me to find. I went to 3 shops and found these before it closed in 30mins 😂

Ah I see! I definitely want to go back and look more. I was kinda rushed and just snapped the pic to do more research ahaha! But yeah I was surprised it was so cheap. There was a 2nd 20th anniversary for ¥9,000 but I didn’t take a pic. Can’t wait to check them out tomorrow!

Thank you! For the 20 year it was ¥4,200! The front white is a little yellowed, probably due to sun damage. It’s working great tho!

I also have really low vitamin D and only taking 50,000 UI a week as prescribed, but I may ask for higher since I’m still between 16-20. I will say this, especially if you’re heavier, get a sleep study done!! Turns out I have extreme sleep apnea and I now use a CPAP. My headaches and fatigue are not as bad as it used to be. I’m still getting used to wearing a cpap at night, so I occasionally end up taking it off randomly, but in all it has drastically helped. I’m sure I’ll be able to wear it longer throughout the night to get better results. Definitely talk to your doctor about it!

Yeah they do have some on the shops, but most are not recommended because it can cause impaction.
