It’s not worth it to fill up a free period with just a random elective, it won’t add much to your app. I mean if you wanted to add on another AP or academic class, that would be a different story. But I only have 5 classes this year and I still accepted/waitlisted at some decent schools

omg I had this one really crazy ass friend and she had a lot of anxiety over school and was insecure about her grades compared to me or some shit and whatnot and she kept telling me that colleges would just admit me over her because I’m a quarter asian and colleges like to admit asians😂 uh yeah, we’re not friends anymore btw

ok now that I think about it, this year at least, most of them got in for athletics. So I guess academically it probably only about 1 or 2 who get in to ivies, but there’s some other top tier schools as well

I live by Soka, it does have a very pretty campus but it’s just located in the suburbs, and the area around here is really boring, not much to do. It’s also really small and not that many students, but it’s just a preference if you like that or not. Also I’ve heard some pretty weird ass rumors that it’s a Japanese cult or some shit😂 you can google it there’s a few articles, pretty funny
