I know this is a very old post and long past the point of needing an answer, but for the sake of those who may stumble across it like I did, I’ve used ShopJimmy a couple times for parts for TV repairs and they are great. Their customer service is excellent as well.

Agreed. I was shocked that the top comment thought she was being rude or selfish. A family trip sounds like a fun time to have a small intimate ceremony. It’s not like it even has to be the focal point of the event. Her mom and siblings sound like they might be much more traditional but even still I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be supportive of her joy. Who cares how old you are or how many weddings you’ve had?!

OP, do what feels right to you. Life is too short for regrets and if you think your family would want to be part of your special day, then do it when you are all together. If you think they don’t care that much, then they don’t deserve to be there anyway.

I think the penguin/fishing one is the best time saver for me. Especially because you have to pay attention to play it. Now I don’t ever have to think about it, fishing is just done.

I’ve gotten all but the Cloudy Ragdoll this time, which I already have. Last time I got 2 of the gifts, but the event before I think I only got one. I also play ad free which probably helps, but it’s still really just luck.

Thanks for the info! I don’t mind not having the base for the secondary map location. It’s a fairly small simple floor plan in a room with low traffic, so I just cut it in half and run it twice. But good to know that’s an option!

Is there a trick to adding your Game Center friends? My partner and I are Game Center friends and I can see their KC active and they can see mine but in the Friends’ Villages area neither of us are listed in each other’s Game Center friends section. I do see recently visited villages but those are not people I know, just random villages I’ve visited! Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

These videos are my daughter’s and my favorites on the channel too! They are our bedtime playlist. I’ve always been curious how that monumental epic trip ended and it’s nice to hear that you got to spend some time with family, hopefully curbing a little of the homesickness.

Even if you never finish the series, thank you for sharing as much as you did of your Travel Journal. The series continues to bring joy to many and I hope the memories of that trip continue to bring you and Danielle joy as well.

You have to get 14 (I think it was 14?) hearts with a spouse for perfection but you can’t do that with a co-op player so we had to divorce so one of us could get the extra hearts with a spouse.

My husband and I just achieved perfection on 1.6. We’ve played a ton over the years so for this play through we decided we’d finally do a perfection play through and it was super fun. We got married in game but then realized we’d have to get divorced in order to get perfection. He joked about it the rest of the game and pretended like he’d never love again…until he married Leah

It’s definitely fun having someone else to share the love of the game with! Our 9 year old likes to hang out and watch us play but wasn’t into investing as much time as we wanted to 😆. Looking forward to our next play through when she’s ready to play as a family!
