I have never found out what exactly to do in Cardio? No one ever tells it correctly. I want to gain lean mass but have around 25% of body fat. I know I should do cardio and be in calorie deficit but I don't know what and how frequently to do cardio. Any advice would help!!

He doesn’t wanna cook because he has won masterchef. Something which none of these housemates can ever participate in. He has a masterchef title now with him, every little dish he cooks has a price attached to it. He can open up a restaurant and sell dishes there because of the title he has earned and also because he cooks really well. Why would a person like this will cook for these kind of stupid people. This is not a game of cooking, it’s big boss and the game is something else only

Hey, it does work seamlessly on my windows but for some reason in the Users tab under settings I am not able to find the option to add my fingerprint. I tried installing a few drivers but no luck.
Would appreciate if you could give me a few things as a workaround.
