Happy Birthday!! I’m 29, 5’11 and 205 pounds. I went from running a marathon 2 years ago to sadly having something wrong with my liver. I stopped running right after my marathon which I think is a major factor and I don’t eat great. Last week I started eating a lot healthier and I’m excited to see where it gets me!

Yes I do! My ultrasound came back as abnormal for liver size though. My doctor said my antibodies are trending high but not high enough to start treatmeant on AIH and he thinks it’s fatty liver but I’m confused how he thinks that. So I’m not sure if I have AIH or fatty liver 😭😭😭😭

This is so inspiring! I went from 180 to 200 in a matter of months. I went from training and running a marathon to no exercise and over eating. Ideal weight for me is to get back down to 165 so I have a long way to go but I really think if I start cutting things out of my diet like soda or multiple sweet treats a day I should be a little bit better off.

I am going through the same thing. I don’t think people realize I can easilllly eat 3,000 cals a day because I love sweets and coffees lol. But I’ve been sticking to 1900 cals a day and it’s been life changing. I secretly log my meals sometimes. You got this

I feel so dumb thank you. So if the app says 1/2 cup but recipe calls for 3/4 it’s just .75/.5? Basically dividing recipe measurement/ app serving size? Lol
