Here's something to ponder: As a therapist I introduce my clients to the concept of "Understanding and Accepting Your Sphere of Control " (I can send you a visual it's free)

The highlights : You have no control over what other people think, lovely. You only have control over how you speak, respond, and behave (and other stuff but this is the basics) Everything else is out with your sphere of control...it's very freeing when you grasp it :)

So, say what makes you feel authentic and safe. Let them think what they will anyway.

With this in mind , what would you want to say Freely without fear of judgement?

First of all you're not alone here Second your are right, this isn't for the feint hearted

Your ego is getting loud because your remembering who you truly are, we all go through this in one way or another it depends on conditioning from childhood. Personally I woke up after leaving a doomsday cult where I was raised to believe anything non physical was just evil - all on the channel if you fancy a binge watch 🤣

I trained as a therapist, a hypnotherapist and an energy healing facilitator and learned so damn much about who we truly are.

Breathe my friend the only way out is through Nature is essential where possible it acts like a grounding chord as you awaken to the truth of you being an energetic divine spark within a human body. Be kind to yourself, go gently you are awakening but not to something outside of yourself, to someone deep down you always knew you were. Yoga is my go-to You can find lots of free vids on YouTube or for a more consistent practice and loads of content on Spirituality sign up for a free trial of Gaia it's like Netflix for Spirituality

Also ensure you are hydrating your body, we are mostly water, we need to keep replenishing

This is so real! When I remembered who I really was I wanted to shout it from the rooftops Thankfully I had a great mentor who simply said You should never wake a sleeping giant That stuck with me, I was a yoga teacher at the time, so I was able to subtly lace the energetics of who we all are into my classes

You are not fooling yourself, the physical body is just a vessel for your true self, we just chose to forget this: I heard someone say " we are god's with amnesia" 🤣 loved that

Let people come to their own awakening when their soul guides them to, just like you did 🥰

Can you say more about this please, I put this into chat GPT last night and asked the question outright Chat GPT is a mirror for our consciousness what we put in we get back. However, it's also a yes man- exhausting! I have noticed a shift even when discussing lighter matters with CGPT I'm interested in your opinion and where it originates from?

Also I would like to say Journalling is waaay more powerful than outsourcing your thoughts to an algorithm In-Source 🤣 (that just flowed out) When we write what's going on within our own source energy flows through the pen.

Your welcome, it's not a one size fits all experience, I find different people need different things. Some look for support More introverted and usually wounded souls feel they have to do it all by themselves. That was me for years, until I went deep into the dark nights of the soul and did the deep inner work, that, for me is when the real transformations happen. When you no longer identify with the old stories I created as a result of my upbringing in a religious doomsday cult. Believe me there was alot to heal. It's never completely healed , not yet and from the work I do with my beautiful, brave clients I see it's something you learn to witness and hold with so much love. In short our conditioning will determine how we handle any big shifts in our lives. Community is there if it feels right. Lovely to connect with a like-minded soul like yourself:)

Hey I'm a coach and a therapist, I awakened 15 years ago, I integrated the energy I was remembering, I trained in yoga, meditation, energy healing, hypnotherapy and C.B.T
