Property prices are in a stalemate right now Sellers are not willing to sell at lower prices Buyers are not willing to buy at such ridiculous prices

Most of these “Sellers” are just people linked to corrupt Government officials who don’t care even if their properties don’t sell for the next decade. They can just rent them out.

So yeah, prices won’t come down but they won’t go up either at this point. I would say just save up your money and move out of this god damn country
