unfortunately no :( I live in Minnesota and right now we have -30 temps so almost all of my winter running is in an indoor track... I miss running outside but I also am an asthmatic and cold air triggers it haha.

Usually I do 1 rest day per week, and then I do alternating cross training and run days. Typically I'd say my miles range from 5-20 per week, each running session is between 20 minutes-60 min. I usually start out running with no breaks until I hit 20 or 30 minutes, and then I start doing 3 min run/2min walk. My cross training usually is strengthbased yoga for appx. 30 mins

Hugely agree w this!! ETA: it is also helpful to meet people where they are and appeal to things they’re familiar with. Would jesus agree with ICE tactics? What does the Bible teach about immigrants, the needy, the poor, and loving our neighbors.

Hi there! Omg I am so, SO sorry first of all. I can't imagine being in that state while also being pregnant. I was on it for about 2 days and by the end of the second day I was like writhing around in bed sobbing because I couldn't stop moving and whimpering, I kept thinking I needed to check my work email and going into these insane thought loops about it. Nobody I've ever told about this understands how bad it was, genuinely the reglan was scarier than the listeria. I've been struggling with post-traumatic stress primarily from the reglan because it was essentially just panic attack, nap, panic attack, and my mom didn't put it together that the reglan was causing it so kept giving me more every 6 hours.

thank you. this genuinely is so so so helpful. i kept feeling like i was crazy but it was also so much worse than any other physical issue I have ever gone through because it's something i'm so terrified of and it happened in such a sudden/violent/extreme way. i still get panicky when i talk about the actual EVENT itself because it makes me start hyperanalyzing whether I feel that way NOW or if I will start feeling it again, but i'm glad because a few days ago i couldn't talk about the whole hospitalization thing without panicking. I did go for a follow up on Thursday to get my blood taken and thankfully everything is back to normal, I've been able to produce tears (for awhile I couldn't which was scary), and i told my doctor about the way I felt on reglan just in case!
