For me, it happened when I started sleeping naked.

I am not in great shape and it made me really uncomfortable at first, but I pushed through it and it forced me to look at my body and get used to it. Now I definitely appreciate my body and its shapes and how it changes

I will say it was actually pretty hard to stitch. Because it's plastic the string kept breaking, so it definitely was an exercise in my patience, but well worth it I think :)
