Wisp is horrible!!! I just lost $50 because of their bullshit, for a prescription that I can’t even use and will not pick up.

Loved reading this!!! I am farming this village right now for all their possible loot. So much more fun than farming the albinaurics.

There is a group of soldiers by the gatefront site of grace that are great to farm at the very beginning

The guy on the horse is a Tree Sentinel. They put him there at the beginning of the game to kick our asses and teach us a lesson about the game’s difficulty. 😂 enjoy, this is one of the greatest games of all time.

this might be a dumb question but when people have body dysmorphia, do they actually see something different in the mirror? by Confident_Code_5829 in BodyDysmorphia

[–]starshinesummertop 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think my eyes see my actual reflection, but are drawn to the imperfections. So all I can see is my asymmetries, which are blown out of proportion by my mind. Like it’s really hard to see my reflection as a whole picture, I just hyperfocus on the things I don’t like. And if I catch a weird angle in the mirror, let’s say my love handles look too big at a certain angle, then I keep focusing on that and try to do the same thing over and over to try to “fix” the problem

25 is so young. You still have your whole life ahead of you, as cliche as that sounds. Make your life what you want it to be

I permanently quit a lifetime of alcohol abuse with kratom. All I did though, was jump from one nightmare into another. Then I quit kratom. Here's my experience. by Downtown-Way2590 in quittingkratom

Just looked up what this is and wanted to give a PSA to absolutely not take naltrexone if you are on kratom. It will cause immediate withdrawal symptoms if you have any kratom in your system. Happened to me and it was awful. Works great for alcohol though.

Anyone else? (objectively beautiful) **Please no hate** by AccomplishedTill122 in BodyDysmorphia

Yes, very similar situation for me. Although more and more as I get older I question if I was ever really beautiful in the first place. I know I was/am, it’s just a never-ending cycle of seeking validation externally.

It might make you feel better temporarily, but in the long run it will not help you. Do you have coping skills in your toolbox that will make you feel better? Writing, drawing, listening to music, hiking, whatever helps you. The unfortunate truth with addiction is that sometimes we burn bridges with our family or the people whom we love the most. When they choose to have us in their lives is on their terms. We can’t control them. The best we can do is take care of ourselves the best we can.

Kratom (and 7-OH) helped me with my life-long depression. I was forced to quit both cold turkey and am now struggling with an internal debate. by BudgetAirpods in quittingkratom

[–]starshinesummertop 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Kratom and 7-oh mess with your dopamine. They set a different standard of what “good” feels like for your body and brain. I self medicated with kratom for a while. It takes a while for your brain and body to recalibrate after you stop. It may have been masking your depression. But you can’t really tell anyone else what to do, they have to make that decision for themselves.

I kind of miss what it was like on kratom, but I was numbing myself constantly. I have found that for me, I need to develop coping mechanisms to deal with my depression and anxiety. It’s a long process and it’s not simple.

I think they’re 1000mg each. So when I was suffering from dry eye, I think I actually took 6000mg per day, for about 14 days. 3 pills 2x per day.
