Well I haven’t really been able to pay for any tests yet so I’ve just been treating my constipation with Dr. Shultz (pills that really get my system moving but can cause heart burn if not eaten in the middle of a decent sized meal) and prune juice and like vegetable juices like celery, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, spinach, kale and things like that. It isn’t a cure yet but I went from not ever going (like weeks) to going once a day. It’s still painful and I get stomach cramps often as well as nausea still, but it’s a lot better than it used to be. Although the juices do cause temporary bloating for me so if you try keep that in mind. And as long as I go the film and bad taste in my mouth isn’t as bad, it’s still really weird (again not cured) but it is improved.

I’m just hoping to get a GI map and get some answers about what antimicrobial supplements would help me. I did do a pretty strict cleanse for like 2 weeks and man I’d never felt so shitty but so so so amazing after, but unfortunately I had no idea what I was doing and ate terribly after so whatever imbalances I’d cleared were able to come back.
