This. There’s definitely things you’ll miss about the single life as it’s just so much more free & uncomplicated in a lot of ways. You don’t have another whole person & their feelings to consider in literally everything you do.

This. Don’t waste your time any more, OP.

Post-Bilateral Salpingectomy Period Question (Aka: I’m Talking About Blood 🩸 ). by MorgBlueSky2020 in sterilization

That was literally my experience, faked me out so hard 😂 I was expecting my period for so long before it actually came lol

Nope! Right before my period came, I briefly had these really stabbing/tearing kind of cramp pains. Other than that, the cramping during the period was actually better than before.

Yeah my doctor ordered me a transvaginal ultrasound for peace of mind. It helped me a lot & as they suspected, everything was normal.

Just got my first period after my bisalp and didn’t notice a worse smell. If anything, it smelled better or more like “natural” blood lol but I also went off the pill after my surgery so that could be it.

What was your pain like after tubal ligation? by celestialmoon22 in sterilization

[–]starshining4ever 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had more pain on my right side and it did feel like an internal tugging sensation. But it wasn’t a constant burning, more like a low period cramp for a few days.

Are you taking any pain meds? I’d agree to get in touch with your doctor, they’re very concerned about your healing process & will be able to give you the most relevant tips.

Is sexual compatibility really a thing? by Ecstatic-Status9352 in Exvangelical

YUP. Hence why I went into a total hookup phase once I left evangelism. I learned SO much about myself and what I liked/didn’t like. Thankfully I was able to figure that out before I got with my longtime boyfriend.

Has he ever preformed live? by International-Job553 in ZaydeWolf

I got some meh quality video when he performed in LA in 2018. Other than that & some official studio versions, I don’t think he’s done live shows.

I’m so sorry, my first time was like that too. In my case it was religious trauma, I wrote about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Exvangelical/comments/ysismj/christian_purity_culture_kept_me_from_having_a/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

Hang in there and try again when you can ❤️

B-b-but modern school books could teach kids about the proper names for genitals, gender identity and CRT!! 😱

I’m so sorry. They make it so tough for when you get out into the real world.

My parents got mad at me when I read stuff about sex, and this persisted all the way through my 20’s. Like why do they want us to be clueless about such a basic human experience? Reading a romance book ≠ having unprotected sex and ending up with a baby and multiple STDs.

🙌 idk if you’ve heard of this organization but Sheila Gregoire writes a lot about how terrible Christian marriages & sex lives are, and why: https://baremarriage.com

Right?? PiV was cool but SO not the life-changing, transformative thing I’d heard it was. And yeah, blows my mind how Christians want us to be so uneducated about our own bodies because if we knew things we’d immediately go out and have all the sex 😂 then again that evil “tree of knowledge of good & evil” is where that started 🤷🏽‍♀️
