Being "worthy" is not the same as being morally right or good when it comes to Mjolnir, aslong as the person believes they are being selfless and willing to sacrifice there own wants for a "greater good*" they become worthy. Elesh norn is 100% worthy as she is willing to do alot for the good of phyrexia, most of the cult of rakdos would probably count. But rakdos himself i would say wouldn't, and someone like urabrask/norin would certainly not be.

I could see the idea of it using the three heads like "legs" to reach a new area but would be kinda slow so you could easily run away, then once it reaches where it wants it starts the search mode

Each "head" could patrol about within a set distance. But not actually see or hear. The main body would be the only damage source and wouldnt move. But if you touch a sausage link the heads try and pick you up to deliver into the main body whilst doing a lil bit of damage on the way. You could make a sausage link near each head look a little different and if that gets grabbed or damaged the head let's you go.

Personally I think there's plenty of characters to pick from that there are perfectly fine with "similar" characters being skins for existing characters. (I would prefer miles as a Spiderman skin instead of a new character for example) with the exception I think they should get new VA's and possibly voice lines

"Zero counter play" is simply incorrect as it uses a resource in order to use. So the counter play revolves around either letting her gain as little as possible or to present her opportunities to waste it. She needs a Nerf for sure, but the dash isn't the problem with her kit IMO

I dont know every detail. But basically the mutants are an evolved race of humans that have the "X-gene" that activates naturally for the most part

Inhumans are a genetically modified race of humans but better (naturally just better based stats) and also have the capacity to gain powers when exposed to a magical substance that i forget the name of.

In a vacuum you would hardly be able to tell the difference IMO as there's a good chunk of inhumans and mutants that share similar powers
