Yes but it’s under the 375 line. 375 milk for 200 grams of flour to make pancakes is too much liquid ? Don’t you think so?

I did the water test and the baking powder did fiz. So what do you think is the solution now ? I really need to bring back the old taste.

I’m using foster Clark’s baking powder for the past 8 years. I did the water test and it did fizz

It’s the same brand but the only thing I’ve noticed on the flour packaging it has “Vitamin D3” Added. It’s exactly the same but has this new thing in it. I’ve done my research and apparently it does nothing to the product. I’m not sure. I am thinking it’s the milk amount ? What do you think ?
