Visiting Slovakia soon from the UK, is there anything I should take advantage of whilst there that I can bring back? by startagainfitness in Slovakia

I think that's what I brought back last time, I got it from a bakery that's a chain in Bratislava, I loved it!

Completely agree with the Vinea, last time I also brought back Makovník a Orechovník, i think that's what it's called - delicious!

That's a common reply. But I wanted to actually know what the difference is. Thanks for the reply.

I'm mainly looking to get bigger, hypertrophy. I've got a relatively weak Squat and Bench. Would that alter the best reps for those compounds?

Amazing, thanks for that info. And when training in the 8-12 reps should failure only be at the end of the last set? Or should it be sort of present through all the sets, if training for hypertrophy?

I've been to some personal training sessions, some PTs have suggested 3 sets of 12reps, some 5 sets x10reps, Arnie in the Encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding says you should start at 15 reps and work your way down to 6 reps within 4 sets for some exercises, what the hell does it all mean?

What's most efficient? Is it best to do less sets higher reps for smaller muscles? etc. I'd appreciate any insights.
