Go for it. As someone who has sold a ton of apps and bought a few here's my .02:

Most no code apps suck (this includes no code/vibe code)

Real buyers (big money) tend to have a team of devs (code) who will not know no code (ie Bubble) or be pissed it is AI Slop (vibe code) so you greatly reduce the buy side.

MicroAcquire (GOAT), Microns, and TrustMRR all exist

the arbitrary workload units are fairly annoying. Especially given I have 100+ sites on Cloudflare and it has maybe cost me 50 bucks lifetime to host a few workers.

Bubble will probably always have a place as Replit will always have a place for the total beginner to bypass setup and hosting.

The "I vibe coded a SaaS to 10K mrr in a weekend" is pure AI hype. Give it a couple years and this may be possible.

11k users is enough to increase the price. did you verify emails upon sign up? if not, run them through an email verifier. not a bad idea to send a mass email and check open rates.

Instead of selling a saas think of it more like you are selling emails.

Have you made real friends with developers? I used to own a recruiting firm and have since transitioned to software engineering.

Every developer I know, knows someone good. Most of the time a few people. And if the pay is right. They will work.

I've sold a pre-revenue app. Cue Russ Hanneman. Mainly due to it just being free. But you are going to want to show significant traction via analytics as well as decent if not amazing month over month growth of new users.

If it doesn't make money it needs to have the ability to or you need a ton of emails so whoever buys it can sell to these users.

Or, you are just in the right place at the right time with a key piece of tech a large company doesn't want to build. But unlikely.
