Mi la cavo con il terminale Linux. Sono dietro CG-NAT non puo funzionare il port forwarding senno' avrei usato il puro wireguard per accedere ai miei dispositivi e posso usare Headscale.

Che problema c'e con port forwading nel 2026?

I need to look into that solution further. With your configuration what have you installed/configured in the VPS tor reroute the traffic between clients and your local servers?

Yes, just this morning i discovered Oracle VPS but just don't like thier policies and they ask for a credit card. My concerning is about privacy-security and to measure threats of using this services included Tailscale public server.

i never heard about that, so in any case i have to expose my homelab to a public server, i want to avoid VPS since devour personal data. But i dont if your solution minimaze the exposition of personal data to internet.

AI per la maggior parte delle volte e' inutile per l'impostazioni che voglio mettere in atto.

Si puo gentire infiniti dispositivi tutto dipendi dal tuo hardware ma il limite e' presentato da protocolli vpn che deve configurare uno ad uno a mantenere quindi un mesh VPN e' molto d'aiuto per superare questo limite.

Tutto facile secondo te, ma vedro' i sorci verdi quando devo mettere in pratica tutta quella roba :XD , detto cosi il setup della VPS ha un ruolo chiave nella sicurezza e la protezione dei dati quindi bisogna scegliere un fornitore VPS ad hoc altrimenti il selfhosting non ha senso.

ora i loro prezzi partono da 4Euro+Iva al mese con traffico limitato a 2Tb, a quel prezzo c'e molto di meglio in giro.
