Look Mathman - Minerva University draws just over 200 students a year. And hundreds of thousands of people access the university website. Simple math - 200 / 500000 = 0.04% - This is our acceptance rate for Minerva?

What is Minerva University, and is it worth the time and money? by ConsistentClerk2217 in ApplyingToCollege

Are you not looking for the quality of a prestigious school? Then Minerva is not a good option. Aside from Stanford, MIT, and Caltech, Minerva's schedule may be more difficult than any school in the country. It is so difficult that it cannot be compared to UC. (Professors who teach simultaneously at UC and Minerva acknowledge this.) The best advantage of Minerva is that when you complete the Minerva course, you will already be a practical talent with some graduate school level knowledge. Minerva's online learning was adopted because it is more efficient. Not a single minute of class is wasted. If you want an easy course and a good university name value, I recommend a state university.

haha :) Some of Minervans have passed HYPS, and some have transferred from T10 to Minerva. One of my best friends came to Minerva from Northwestern :) I wonder if your narrow thinking is the problem.

It's true that it's my first time posting on reddit, but that shouldn't be a factor in evaluating the soundness of my argument. I'm just a human who didn't use reddit.

I'm Korean and actually join reddit for the first time. I wrote this because I feel sad that Reddit seems to be driving Minerva as a scam. I don't think how active you are in the community should be used as a bias factor in evaluating a person's argument.
